El escritor <\/span>Paul Erdman<\/strong>, dice en su best seller Los \u00faltimos d\u00edas de Am\u00e9rica<\/b>: \u201cFuimos a Caf\u00e9 de Paris en Ginebra, donde tiene la mejor salsa de entrecote de cualquier restaurante en la tierra\u201d<\/em>.  En Madrid de contar con un Caf\u00e9 de Par\u00eds <\/strong>desde hace ya dos a\u00f1os.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\nLa historia del <\/span>Caf\u00e9 de Par\u00eds<\/strong> se remonta a los a\u00f1os 30 del siglo pasado. Fue entonces cuando la se\u00f1ora <\/span>Boubier<\/strong> cre\u00f3 la famosa salsa confiando el secreto de su receta a su hija que posteriormente se lo traslad\u00f3 a su marido <\/span> el se\u00f1or Dumont<\/strong>, propietario del \u201cCaf\u00e9 de Par\u00eds\u201d<\/strong> sitio en la calle Mt-Blanc en Ginebra, muy cerca de la estaci\u00f3n de Cornavin.  Fue el se\u00f1or Dumont<\/strong> quien tuvo la genial idea de comercializar el entrecote con la salsa de su suegra en su local convirti\u00e9ndose en todo un \u00e9xito que perdura hasta nuestros d\u00edas.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nLa salsa en cuesti\u00f3n sigue siendo todo un secreto y se sigue estudiando en cualquier escuela de cocina. Se sabe que es una mezcla de veinticuatro ingredientes entre los que se encuentran diferentes especias , hierbas y licores.<\/b> Esta salsa sigue elabor\u00e1ndose artesanalmente en Ginebra y envi\u00e1ndose semanalmente a los establecimientos del resto del mundo. Su lema es ya en s\u00ed toda una declaraci\u00f3n de principios:<\/b><\/span>\u201cmuchas veces imitada , nunca igualada\u201d.<\/b><\/em><\/div>\n
