\nRaro Rare<\/b> es el tercer proyecto hostelero de Carlos Moreno Fontaneda<\/b> , propietario de los conocidos Bar Galleta <\/b>y El Perro y la Galleta<\/b>. En esta ocasi\u00f3n junto con su socio Javier Oyarz\u00e1bal<\/b> presentan una novedosa propuesta gastron\u00f3mica que bajo el nombre de Raro Rare<\/b> dirige su oferta hacia platos raros<\/b> (diferentes, pocos vistos…) y platos rares <\/b>(poco hechos, semicrudos). El concepto a priori parece interesante y novedoso.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nComo en el resto de los locales la decoraci\u00f3n ha corrido a cargo del propio Carlos Fontaneda<\/b> y en Raro Rare vuelve a crear esa atm\u00f3sfera c\u00e1lida, acogedora e intimista<\/b> que desde el primer momento posiciona sus restaurantes en ese target de sitios bonitos<\/b><\/i> que tan de moda est\u00e1n ahora. Iluminaci\u00f3n perfectamente estudiada, multitud de objetos personales provenientes de su familia y cuidado extremo en cada uno de los detalles configuran un universo on\u00edrico en el que sentirse a gusto es inmediato<\/b>.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nEn cuanto a su carta, Raro Rare ofrece una buena variedad de platos perfectos para compartir y que en conjunto ofrecen un nivel muy \u00f3ptimo<\/b> y bastante superior al que uno se imagina cuando entra all\u00ed. <\/span><\/div>\n

\nRecetas diferentes, divertidas,<\/b> con gui\u00f1os a esa buscada rareza-diferencia<\/b><\/i> provocan r\u00e1pidamente en el comensal esa sensaci\u00f3n de que la carta es diferente<\/b> (algo fundamental en esa multitud de cartas calcadas unas a otras) y adem\u00e1s de que la gran mayor\u00eda de los platos est\u00e1n perfectamente estructurados y resueltos.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

\nCocina imaginativa que se traduce en propuestas tan apetecibles<\/b> como los <\/span>mejillones sweet chilli con cebolla sobre lima, el tartar de lubina con maracuy\u00e1, el tiradito de corvina con huevas y ponzu o las Ancas de rana con mayo de cilantro y mojo amarillo.<\/i><\/div>\n

\nRaro Rare<\/b> es ese lugar perfecto para una cena de amigos o de pareja. Platos sencillos y diferentes, divertidos y convincentes<\/b> , \u00abraros y rares\u00bb <\/i><\/b>lo convierten en uno de esos lugares de los que con seguridad sales satisfecho. No lo duden, en la diferencia est\u00e1 la clave.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
