Restaurantes donde por un precio inferior se pueda solventar correctamente un picoteo, comida o cena en un ambiente agradable y sin necesidad de dejarse el bolsillo<\/i>.Hace unos d\u00edas tuvimos ocasi\u00f3n de conocer Makkila <\/b>, un restaurante que responde perfectamente a dichas premisas.<\/span>

\nEl Grupo Makkila<\/b> naci\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2009 con un prop\u00f3sito:
\nrecuperar la esencia del bar de barrio y de las tabernas de cocina casera,<\/b>
\naquellos lugares en los que, en ambientes desenfadados, se tomaban platos
\ntradicionales con chatos de vino y ca\u00f1as. <\/span>

\nHoy existen tres Makkilas en Madrid<\/b> que han conseguido
\natesorar esa esencia, con una decoraci\u00f3n moderna, agradable y ecl\u00e9ctica: en la
\ncalle Serrano 110 (esquina Diego de Le\u00f3n); en la calle Fernando VI 2 (esquina
\nHortaleza) y el \u00faltimo en llegar, en la calle N\u00fa\u00f1ez de Balboa 75 (semi esquina
\nOrtega y Gasset). <\/span>

\nEste nuevo Makkila ocupa el local de lo que fuera Flash Flash <\/b>y en dicho local,el equipo de interiorismo, dirigido por Bel\u00e9n Ferr\u00e1ndiz<\/b>, ha
\nsabido conjugar estilos y piezas art deco, <\/i>maderas viejas recuperadas, l\u00e1mparas
\ndiferentes y telas de tonos crudos combinadas con cojines de kilims, obteniendo
\ncomo resultado un local muy acogedor en el que se diferencian varias zonas<\/b>: la
\nbarra, para pinchos; el porche, con mesas para comer sentado que
\ndan a una gran cristalera que queda semi abierta; la zona de jazz bar<\/b><\/i>, con butacas
\ny mesas redondas, ideales para tomar una copa; la zona cabaret<\/i><\/b>, desde donde se
\nve todo el local y son protagonistas las piernas de ne\u00f3n, caracter\u00edsticas de
\ntodos los Makkila; y su terraza llena de plantas y bancadas enteladas.<\/b><\/span>

\nLa carta es la misma que en el resto de los Makkila<\/b>, donde destacan
\nsus pinchos, como la tortilla de patatas caramelizada, mini cachopo o el
\nsolomillo con patatas a lo pobre y salsa de pimienta; hay raciones para
\ncompartir<\/b> como las croquetas de pollo asado, el pulpo con patatas
\nrevolconas, las carrilleras de cerdo ib\u00e9rico, los callos, los huevos
\nestrellados con txangurro o el tartar de pez mantequilla con jam\u00f3n ib\u00e9rico.<\/span> <\/span>En suma, esa opci\u00f3n agradable y econ\u00f3mica que puede resolver un almuerzo o cena de forma sencilla en un local en el que es f\u00e1cil encontrarse a gusto.<\/span>
