\n60.000 hect\u00e1reas de dehesa en Extremadura y el Alentejo portugu\u00e9s. <\/b>A
\ndiferencia de los cerdos ib\u00e9ricos de bellota, los cerdos ecol\u00f3gicos se cr\u00edan en
\nlibertad en dehesas certificadas como explotaciones ecol\u00f3gicas separadas del
\nresto, para asegurar una producci\u00f3n 100% natural, y se alimentan a base de bellotas y pastos naturales.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\n En el caso de la
\nproducci\u00f3n ecol\u00f3gica los animales no pueden ingerir, antes de su entrada en

\nLa elaboraci\u00f3n de los productos ib\u00e9ricos ecol\u00f3gicos se
\nrealiza en una l\u00ednea separada en tiempo y espacio del resto de productos
\nib\u00e9ricos tradicionales. Tras esta producci\u00f3n hay un <\/span>largo y exhaustivo proceso de I+D con el objetivo de eliminar todos los
\naditivos y conservantes artificiales, <\/b>manteniendo toda la calidad y el
\nsabor a ib\u00e9rico puro caracter\u00edstico de Se\u00f1or\u00edo de Montanera.<\/span><\/div>\n

\n De modo que los
