\nOcurre a menudo y lo hemos comentado aqu\u00ed en varias ocasiones, que ante tal aluvi\u00f3n de aperturas, de nuevos sitios que llegan, de tanto \u00abver y ser visto\u00bb, nos dejamos con frecuencia en el camino una buena cantidad de sitios en los que ante todo se come muy bien. Quiz\u00e1 sea el deseo de conocer las \u00faltimas aperturas, pero en muchas ocasiones cuando uno vuelve a esos sitios que son un valor seguro, no puede dejar de preguntarse si no es un poco il\u00f3gica esta fiebre desmedida por la novedad, sea esta como sea. La Hoja<\/b> es uno de esos comedores de Madrid en los que se come y se ha comido muy bien. Cocina tradicional, recetas de siempre, pero magistralmente ejecutadas en todo momento.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

\nLa Hoja<\/b> comenz\u00f3 su andadura en Madrid un 23 de febrero de 1981 y desde entonces se ha consolidado como uno de los mejores restaurantes asturianos de la capital. Al frente de La Hoja, su propietario Paco Rodr\u00edguez<\/b> es todo un referente dentro de la cocina asturiana, lo que le ha llevado a ostentar el t\u00edtulo de Embajador de la Gastronom\u00eda Asturiana en Madrid<\/b>.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nEn su amplia carta encontramos desde <\/span>platos de cuchara espectaculares <\/b>( magn\u00edfica su fabada y sus verdinas ) , a <\/span>estupendos pescados y magn\u00edficas carnes<\/b> en las que la <\/span>buena materia prima<\/b> se hace notar desde el primer momento. <\/span>Cocina tradicional sin vueltas ni disfraces pero perfectamente ejecutada<\/b>. Atenci\u00f3n a los aficionados a los <\/span>callos <\/b>porque sin duda son <\/span>de los mejores que pueden probarse en Madrid.<\/b><\/div>\n

\nSus comedores habitualmente abarrotados son buen reflejo de un p\u00fablico fiel que repite visitas estando plenamente seguros de que Paco y su Hoja no les van a defraudar.<\/b> Aqu\u00ed no hay trampa ni cart\u00f3n. Ojal\u00e1 pudi\u00e9semos decir eso de muchas novedades.<\/span><\/div>\n
