\nLa Taberna del Olivo II se ha alzado con el primer premio del I Concurso Mejor Pulpo a Feira de Madrid<\/b>. Un evento que se enmarca dentro de la II edici\u00f3n de Pulpo Pasi\u00f3n <\/b>en la que hasta el 15 de mayo se podr\u00e1n degustar tapas y platos de pulpo, tanto tradicionales como creativos, en 39 restaurantes de la Comunidad de Madrid.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nLa Sidrer\u00eda A Ca\u00f1ada Lavapi\u00e9s y La Hacienda de Ventas, han logrado el segundo y tercer puesto respectivament<\/b>e en este certamen donde este apreciado cefal\u00f3podo es el gran protagonista.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nEl concurso, que se celebr\u00f3 el pasado lunes en el Centro Superior de Hosteler\u00eda del Mediterr\u00e1neo en Madrid<\/b>, reuni\u00f3 a expertos restauradores que compitieron por hacerse con el galard\u00f3n al mejor pulpo a feira de la capital. El sabor y el punto de cocci\u00f3n del pulpo de la Taberna del Olivo II <\/b>fueron las caracter\u00edsticas principales de su pulpo a feira que conquistaron al jurado.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nEntre los miembros del mismo, estaban Roberto Sevillano, director comercial de Pagos del Rey, vino patrocinador de la II edici\u00f3n de Pulpo Pasi\u00f3n; Bego\u00f1a Tormo, periodista experta en gastronom\u00eda que dirige el programa Origen en Telemadrid y cuenta con un espacio en Canal Cocina; los expertos Miguel \u00c1ngel de Dios, de A Feira Pulper\u00edas (Asturias) y Pepe Callos del bar Fuentefr\u00eda (Orense); los chefs Rebeca Hern\u00e1ndez, propietaria del restaurante La Berenjena, y Juan Pozuelo de Canal Cocina; \u00c1ngel Onaindia, presidente de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Empresarios Mayoristas de Pescado de Madrid (AEMPM) as\u00ed como Paco G\u00f3mez, galardonado con el Premio Mejor Pulpeiro del 2015-2016.<\/span><\/div>\n
