\nQue s\u00ed. Que la gastronom\u00eda me apasiona. Cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s. Pero hay d\u00edas en los que te gusta, d\u00edas en los que te apasiona y d\u00edas en los que crees tocar el cielo con las manos, cenas en las que la magia del ambiente y el juego de sabores te envuelve en un universo on\u00edrico. Mi experiencia en Soy Kitchen,<\/b> sin duda ninguna, fue de estas \u00faltimas. Confieso que no conoc\u00ed el antiguo Soy Kitchen -hoy reconvertido en Lamian<\/b>– pero que todo lo que hab\u00eda escuchado de Julio <\/b>(alter ego<\/i> castellanizado de Yong Ping Zhang<\/b>) eran maravillas.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nLa reciente apertura de Soy Kitchen<\/b> en la calle Zurbano y su nueva propuesta lo convert\u00edan en uno de mis objetivos prioritarios. Conoc\u00ed a Julio <\/b>y a su socia Tasha Yiran <\/b>(una apasionada foodie que adem\u00e1s hace unas maravillosas fotograf\u00edas y a la que sigo en redes sociales cada d\u00eda) hace unos meses en una entrega de premios y mi curiosidad por su proyecto iba en aumento. El s\u00e1bado pasado visit\u00e9 por fin su Soy Kitchen.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

\nEl local me llam\u00f3 la atenci\u00f3n. No s\u00e9 porqu\u00e9 hab\u00eda imaginado algo m\u00e1s casual y desenfadado pero Soy Kitchen es un restaurante que sorprende por su buen gusto y elegancia<\/b> desde que entras en \u00e9l. Decorado con minuciosidad por el estudio Lavela<\/b> de Sandra Vergara<\/b> y Raquel L\u00e1zaro<\/b> ofrece una atm\u00f3sfera cosmopolita y moderna a la vez que acogedora y confortable.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nSoy Kitchen<\/b> presenta una propuesta basada en dos men\u00fas degustaci\u00f3n, corto y largo<\/b> (45 y 65 euros) que cambian en funci\u00f3n del mercado. Platos armonizados que  reflejan a la postre una cocina trabajada y estudiada<\/b> en la que cada creaci\u00f3n es perfecta en s\u00ed misma manteniendo una uniformidad que se extiende de principio a fin y que configura una experiencia redonda. Contrastes, sabores y texturas en equilibrad\u00edsima combinaci\u00f3n que evidencian una cocina de autor depurada al m\u00e1ximo.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

\nNo soy muy partidario de diseccionar cada plato por no desvelar el factor sorpresa que creo una experiencia de este tipo debe de tener, pero alguno de los platos que prob\u00e9 en mi visita fueron absolutamente sobresalientes. El tu\u00e9tano con arroz meloso, berberechos y txangurro <\/b>me pareci\u00f3 simplemente inmejorable. Los callos con rabo de toro<\/b> (evidentemente \u00abversi\u00f3n Julio\u00bb) magn\u00edficos y sus kokotxas con pilpil<\/b> espectaculares. Pero es que todos y cada uno de los platos consegu\u00edan ese efecto de \u00abesto est\u00e1 buen\u00edsimo\u00bb<\/i> que confirma el rotundo \u00e9xito de qui\u00e9n est\u00e1 cocinando para ti.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nCada vez tengo m\u00e1s claro que cuando te vas de un restaurante pensando \u00ab\u00bfcu\u00e1ndo puedo volver aqu\u00ed?\u00bb la comida o cena ha sido impactante, \u00fanica y diferente. Soy Kitchen es frescura y diversi\u00f3n combinada magistralmente con trabajo y dedicaci\u00f3n<\/b>. S\u00ed, lo confieso, Soy Kitchen y Julio tienen desde el pasado s\u00e1bado un ferviente admirador m\u00e1s. <\/b>Agradecer sinceramente desde aqu\u00ed a Rub\u00e9n su magn\u00edfica atenci\u00f3n en sala.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nFinalizar diciendo que desde hace unos d\u00edas, Soy Kitchen presenta una nueva barra de dim-sums con un ticket medio de 20 euros. Prueben Soy Kitchen, p\u00f3ngase en manos de Julio y de su equipo, rel\u00e1jense y… DISFRUTEN !!<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
