\nEl conocido restaurante Dingo<\/a> acaba de inaugurar recientemente un nuevo local situado en la calle Recoletos<\/b> de Madrid. El nuevo local sigue la estela del \u00e9xito de su predecesor y sin cambios profundos en su propuesta mantiene un concepto en el que ha sabido encontrar su hueco.<\/span>

Destaca su servicio all day dining<\/b><\/i>, desde primeras horas del d\u00eda hasta bien entrada la noche. Situado en una zona en las que abundan las oficinas y los ejecutivos, el restaurante propone diferentes combos de desayuno<\/b> que se sirven desde las 7,30 de la ma\u00f1ana con tres alternativas que incluyen desde opciones healthy <\/i>(yogur con granola, copa de frutas naturales) a otras m\u00e1s cl\u00e1sicas (tostadas con tomate, churros, pincho de tortilla…) con un abanico de precios desde los 2.40 hasta los 6.50\u20ac.<\/span><\/div>\n

En un local de dos plantas con inequ\u00edvoca decoraci\u00f3n industrial<\/b>, el nuevo Dingo <\/b>inspira su carta en cocina estadounidense<\/b>,sencilla y sin demasiadas pretensiones que resuelve con acierto. Variedad de platos con huevos<\/b>, uno de sus cl\u00e1sicos, que aqu\u00ed se presentan en cinco alternativas: florentine, benedictine, n\u00f3rdicos, rotos con paletilla ib\u00e9rica y pochados con foie.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nLa estrella de su propuesta son sin duda las hamburguesas<\/b>, cuya carne se prepara en Josper <\/b>con carb\u00f3n de encina<\/b> que aporta ese reconocible aroma del popular horno parrilla. Entre ellas sobresalen la Dingo <\/b>, acompa\u00f1ada de bacon, queso cheddar,
\ncebolla morada, tomate y lechuga, la hamburguesa de foie<\/b> y la piquillo <\/b><\/span>que acompa\u00f1a la carne
