 DYC<\/a>ha comenzado la reforestaci\u00f3n de robles en los terrenos pr\u00f3ximos a la
\ndestiler\u00eda en un acto \u00edntimo y respetando las medidas de seguridad para
\ncelebrar la riqueza natural de nuestro entorno m\u00e1s cercano. Una celebraci\u00f3n que
\npromueve DYC Doble Roble<\/b>, la \u00faltima edici\u00f3n limitada de DYC que ha nacido bajo
\nla premisa de la sostenibilidad y el cuidado del medioambiente. En el encuentro
\nhan participado Jes\u00fas Nieto Mart\u00edn<\/b>, alcalde de Palazuelos de Eresma (Segovia),
\nel exciclista segoviano Perico Delgado, Gonzalo Carpintero, representante de la
\nfundaci\u00f3n Apadrina un \u00c1rbol, Mila Baides, responsable de DYC y Raquel Seal,
\ngeneral manager de Beam Suntory en Segovia.<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n

\u201c<\/span><\/i>Por mi carrera como deportista estoy muy
\ncomprometido con el medioambiente porque he pasado muchos a\u00f1os recorriendo los
\nhermosos paisajes de nuestro pa\u00eds y para m\u00ed es un orgullo colaborar con marcas
\ncomo DYC, que adem\u00e1s es de mi tierra segoviana, porque con acciones como esta
\npone de manifiesto su compromiso con el futuro de nuestro planeta, apoyando y

Por
\nsu parte, el alcalde de Palazuelos de Eresma confirmaba el compromiso de la
\nmarca con el entorno que le rodea: \u201cDYC siempre ha elaborado sus whiskies de
\nforma sostenible y la reforestaci\u00f3n que hemos comenzado hoy es una apuesta m\u00e1s
\npor el cuidado de nuestro entorno. Desde el Ayuntamiento estamos encantados de
\ncolaborar con este tipo de iniciativas que fomentan la sostenibilidad\u201d. <\/i><\/span><\/p>\n

Esta
\nacci\u00f3n de sostenibilidad la est\u00e1 llevando a cabo DYC en colaboraci\u00f3n con la
\nfundaci\u00f3n Apadrina un \u00c1rbol (<\/span>www.fundacionapadrinaunarbol.org<\/a>). \u2018Es muy bonito ver que marcas
\nespa\u00f1olas como DYC est\u00e1n comprometidas con la naturaleza y son conscientes del
\nalto valor que tiene para todos nosotros. Iniciativas como esta que cuidan del
\nmedioambiente son important\u00edsimas para nuestro bienestar presente y futuro. Con
\nla reforestaci\u00f3n de estos 1.000 robles en diferentes partes de Espa\u00f1a DYC va a
\ncontribuir al desarrollo y mantenimiento de los bosques de nuestro pa\u00eds gracias
\na la purificaci\u00f3n del aire, ya que cada \u00e1rbol plantado, una vez sea adulto,
\nemitir\u00e1 diariamente el ox\u00edgeno que necesita una persona al d\u00eda para respirar\u2019,<\/i>

Esta
\niniciativa surge de DYC Doble Roble<\/b>, un single malt de doble envejecimiento
\nelaborado con ingredientes de km 0 y materiales reutilizados que naci\u00f3 para
\ncelebrar de forma sostenible la naturaleza de nuestro pa\u00eds. \u2018DYC Doble Roble es
\nun producto de exquisita calidad que ha nacido para seguir cuidando nuestro
\nentorno m\u00e1s cercano. Su extraordinario l\u00edquido se presenta en una botella que
\nevoca elementos naturales sostenibles, como el tap\u00f3n de madera, elaborado con
\nmadera de barricas que han contenido DYC\u2019<\/i>, comenta Mila Baides, responsable de

\nDoble Roble<\/b> es una edici\u00f3n \u00fanica y personalizada que cuenta con 12.000 botellas
\nnumeradas. Pertenece a la exclusiva Colecci\u00f3n Maestros Destiladores, compuesta
\npor una serie de whiskies singulares, \u00fanicos, especiales y de origen artesanal
\ncreados por los maestros destiladores de DYC<\/b>. <\/span><\/p>\n

DYC
\n<\/b>est\u00e1 muy comprometido con el entorno desde sus inicios ya que elabora sus
\nwhiskies de forma sostenible mediante un proceso de producci\u00f3n propio y
\nresponsable con el medio ambiente. Utiliza materiales de km0, lo que ayuda a
\nreducir la huella de carbono; la destiler\u00eda es \u00fanica en el mundo porque cuenta
\ncon una planta de cogeneraci\u00f3n que produce energ\u00eda el\u00e9ctrica, de la que solo
\nconsume el 5% y destina el resto a abastecer las necesidades de Palazuelos de
\nEresma y su entorno, lugar donde se encuentra; y cuenta con una planta de
\ntratamiento de aguas que devuelve al r\u00edo Eresma limpia y purificada el agua
\nsobrante del proceso de producci\u00f3n, agua de gran pureza que utiliza para
