\nde la capital de m\u00e1s de cuarenta a\u00f1os que no hayan bajado alguna vez en su vida
\nlas m\u00edticas escaleras del restaurante Rugantino. Eran a\u00f1os es los que la
\ngastronom\u00eda no estaba tan internacionalizada y en los que visitar un
\nrestaurante especializado en comida italiana resultaba casi ex\u00f3tico. \u00a1Cu\u00e1ntas
\nvueltas da la vida!<\/span><\/div>\n

\nRugantino era eso que ahora las revistas
\nde estilo de vida denominan \u201cplace to be\u201d, ese lugar al que iba el famoseo,
\npol\u00edticos, periodistas (su ubicaci\u00f3n junto a los estudios de la emisora de
\nradio Antena 3 en la calle Oquendo ten\u00eda bastante culpa de todo ello) y en el
\nque adem\u00e1s se com\u00eda rico por un precio moderado.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nEn aquellos tiempos formaba parte del
\ngrupo VIP\u00b4S que por entonces viv\u00eda sus a\u00f1os dorados.<\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/div>\n
\nPero con el paso de los a\u00f1os y la
\nllegada de nuevos conceptos gastron\u00f3micos, Rugantino fue apag\u00e1ndose hasta caer
\nen el m\u00e1s absoluto de los olvidos. Fue hace unos meses cuando un ex directivo
\ndel grupo Sigla ( VIP\u00b4S ), Ignacio Bonilla, se hizo con el restaurante con el
\nanhelo de resucitarlo.<\/span><\/div>\n

\n
<\/span><\/div>\n
\nTras un lavado de cara del local (aunque
\nsus b\u00f3vedas siguen generando el mismo impacto que anta\u00f1o), no hay nada mejor
\nque cuando algo ha funcionado tratar de mantener su esencia. Y b\u00e1sicamente eso
\nes lo que se ha hecho con Rugantino que ha incorporado en esta nueva etapa el
\napellido Casa Tua.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nSu propuesta sigue siendo muy similar a
\naquella que nos cautiv\u00f3 hace d\u00e9cadas. Sus patatas con salm\u00f3n y holandesa, ese
\nm\u00edtico \u201cpaja y heno\u201d, sus pizzas, su milanesa\u2026 Comer ahora en Rugantino es para
\nmuchos (me incluyo) recuperar parte del pasado y hacerlo a trav\u00e9s de la memoria
\ndel sabor.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nPoco m\u00e1s que decir. Sigue comi\u00e9ndose muy
\nbien a precios contenidos. Ah\u00ed radicaba su \u00e9xito y eso, f\u00edjense, permanece
\ninalterable. Si lo conocieron, vuelvan; revivir\u00e1n al instante parte de su
\npasado. Si no lo conocieron, sepan que est\u00e1n a tiempo.<\/span><\/div>\n
