\nBodega Contador<\/a> presenta PredicadorBlanco 2018<\/a><\/b>. Complejo, fino y largo, un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s llega el blanco m\u00e1s joven de
\nuna casa que, a punto de cumplir 25 a\u00f1os mantiene viva como el primer
\nd\u00eda pasi\u00f3n por la vi\u00f1a y el compromiso a largo plazo con la tierra y el medio
\nambiente. <\/span><\/div>\n

\nEn Predicador Blanco 2018<\/b>
\npredomina la viura <\/b>(59%) acompa\u00f1ada de malvas\u00eda <\/b>(32%) y garnacha blanca<\/b> (9%),
\nprocedentes de doce vi\u00f1edos de Bodega Contador en Rioja Alta. Ha vivido una
\ncrianza de ocho meses en barricas nuevas de roble franc\u00e9s (30%) y  <\/span>barricas de un vino (70%).<\/span><\/div>\n
\n
<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\nPredicador Blanco<\/b>, como todos los
\nvinos de Bodega Contador,<\/b> es el resultado de un trabajo \u00abrespetuoso y
\nsincero\u00bb. Empezando por la vi\u00f1a y la tierra, donde el trabajo es org\u00e1nico,
\ncon laboreo manual y abonado solo algunos a\u00f1os, con materia org\u00e1nica a partir de esti\u00e9rcol de oveja. Vi\u00f1a
\ny uva, siempre vigiladas para que est\u00e9n en perfectas condiciones de salud
\nreciben solo tratamientos imprescindibles con productos no residuales. Despu\u00e9s Benjam\u00edn Romeo<\/b>
\nselecciona personalmente las maderas para las barricas, entre las de m\u00e1s
\nalta gama de las diez toneler\u00edas m\u00e1s prestigiosas de Francia. Tambi\u00e9n los
\ncorchos para los tapones son buscados por Benjam\u00edn en los alcornocales de
\ndistintas sierras espa\u00f1olas.<\/span><\/div>\n

\ncolor amarillo de capa media. <\/span><\/div>\n

\nEn nariz tiene notas de finas
\nhierbas arom\u00e1ticas, flores y frutas de hueso, como albaricoque y ciruela.
\nFresco, complejo y muy mineral. Notas de roble muy elegantes.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n
\nEn boca se presenta equilibrado en
\ncuanto a madurez y calidez, con la acidez bien presente y larga. Estamos ante
\nun blanco muy fresco con buena estructura, fino y muy vivo. Buen volumen y
\nlargo.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n

\nBodega Contador<\/b> nace en 1996 con la primera cosecha de su primer
\nvino, La Cueva del Contador. Tras unos a\u00f1os de vinificaciones a m\u00ednima escala, en
\nparalelo a la compra de vi\u00f1edos en La Rioja por parte de Benjam\u00edn Romeo, las
\ncosechas 2004 y 2005 de la marca Contador reciben 100 puntos Parker, la m\u00e1xima
\npuntuaci\u00f3n del cr\u00edtico estadounidense Robert Parker. En 2008 se inaugura la
\nBodega Contador, construida en terrazas, con el objetivo de integrarse
\ncompletamente en su entorno, cuyo dise\u00f1o est\u00e1 marcado por la funcionalidad de
\nlas labores de bodega as\u00ed como el protagonismo del vino y sus necesidades. La
\nclave del trabajo es la atenci\u00f3n minuciosa al detalle en todas las etapas del
\nproceso de producci\u00f3n: desde el cuidado del suelo de las vi\u00f1as hasta el dise\u00f1o
\nde las etiquetas. Benjam\u00edn Romeo supervisa personalmente todas estas labores.
\nEn la actualidad Bodega Contador comercializa los tintos Contador, La Cueva del
\nContador, Predicador tinto, y los blancos Predicador blanco y Qu\u00e9 Bonito Cacareaba
\nadem\u00e1s de diferentes vinos de finca.<\/span><\/div>\n
