Es verdad que pese a lo que a los madrile\u00f1os nos gusta la barra y ese concepto de compartir raciones, el famoso <i><b>pintxo <\/b><\/i><b>vasco <\/b>no ha conseguido encontrar su hueco en la capital. \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">A caballo entre el pintxo y el plato, <b>Perretxico <\/b>apuesta por los \u00ab<b>platicos<\/b>\u00ab;&nbsp; <i><b>m<\/b><\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><i><b>anitas de ezkurtxerri<\/b><\/i> (cerdo de raza&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">vasca criado en libertad), <b><i>h<\/i><\/b><\/span><b><i><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">uevos asados a baja temperatura sans-serif\"><b><i>Begihaundi<\/i><\/b> o un impresionante <b><i>donut de cocido<\/i><\/b> (s\u00ed, lo que leen,un donut de cocido con sus sacramentos que adem\u00e1s se sirve en dos vuelcos) que se est\u00e1 convirtiendo en ic\u00f3nico en las escasas semanas de vida de <b>Perretxico <\/b>en la capital.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">En la carta la l\u00ednea de la barra se mantiene. Recetas identificables en las que la materia prima brilla con luz propia. Carta de vinos algo corta pero con <b>precios agradecidos<\/b> a los que por desgracia, en Madrid, no estamos acostumbrados.
