Se rompe el concepto del origen \u00fanico del vi\u00f1edo, buscando<br \/>\nla complementariedad de tres realidades naturales de vi\u00f1a muy distintas. Estas<br \/>\nse unen gracias a la vocaci\u00f3n de la familia por preservar la tradici\u00f3n<br \/>\nvitivin\u00edcola de la zona. As\u00ed se trabaja con variedades aut\u00f3ctonas, blancas y<br \/>\ntintas,<span>&nbsp; <\/span>que acompa\u00f1an a la Tinta del<br \/>\nPa\u00eds (tempranillo). <b>CYCLO <\/b>hace la fermentaci\u00f3n en dep\u00f3sitos de hormig\u00f3n borgo\u00f1eses,<br \/>\ny vive crianzas largas, 23 meses, en barricas y peque\u00f1as piezas de hormig\u00f3n. <\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><b><span>Notas<br \/>\nde cata:<\/span><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Vino intenso y<br \/>\nvivo. Tonalidad purp\u00farea bien viva y latente. La nariz nos evoca directamente<br \/>\nfrutos rojos, frutos negros, tierra, regaliz, laurel, sensaciones minerales,<br \/>\nacompa\u00f1ados de notas de maderas nobles y elegantes. En boca aparece sensaci\u00f3n de<br \/>\nfruta bien estructurada, acompa\u00f1ada de matices florales que se rodean de romeros,<br \/>\ntomillos, espliegos, salvias\u2026 Tanino suave con importantes sensaciones minerales.<br \/>\nGrado alcoh\u00f3lico: 15 %<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span>&nbsp;<\/span><b>P.V.P.:<br \/>\n35 \u20ac<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: x-small\">FINCA TORREMILANOS<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;font-size: x-small\">Cumplido un centenar largo de vida, Finca Torremilanos es<br \/>\nuna de las firmas vin\u00edcolas pioneras de la D.O. Ribera de Duero. Cuenta con 195<br \/>\nhect\u00e1reas de vi\u00f1edos propios con parcelas de m\u00e1s de 100 a\u00f1os de antig\u00fcedad, todos<br \/>\nellos situados en los montes aleda\u00f1os a la bodega a <span>&nbsp;<\/span>600 metros al sur del Duero. En la finca se<br \/>\nubican el Hotel Torremilanos y la bodega de elaboraci\u00f3n y crianza donde se<br \/>\nconcentra toda la producci\u00f3n y envejecimiento de tintos, blancos y rosados y la<br \/>\nelaboraci\u00f3n del cava, en una zona diferenciada de la anterior. En bodega se<br \/>\nguardan 2.500 barricas. Torremilanos siente profundo orgullo de poder mantener<br \/>\nsu toneler\u00eda, donde trabajan con fidelidad a los m\u00e9todos tradicionales de<br \/>\nelaboraci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-size: x-small\">Finca Torremilanos hace compatible la incorporaci\u00f3n de vinos<br \/>\nde nuevo estilo en convivencia con sus inconfundibles vinos de envejecimiento<br \/>\nprolongado. Sin embargo, las largas crianzas cl\u00e1sicas, cuando el vino pod\u00eda<br \/>\npermanecer en barrica y botella en la bodega durante muchos a\u00f1os, han sido<br \/>\nrevividas en Finca Torremilanos con un grado de exigencia mayor marcado por la<br \/>\ncalidad de la uva y de la cosecha como \u00fanica consideraci\u00f3n a la hora de fijar su<br \/>\ntiempo de crianza en barrica.
