\n#PulpoPasi\u00f3n Madrid, <\/b>en su cuarta edici\u00f3n, del 14 al 30 de junio, en 66 restaurantes <\/b>de la Comunidad de
\nMadrid, que rinden homenaje a este admirado cefal\u00f3podo y a la gastronom\u00eda
\ngallega. <\/span>El objetivo sigue siendo <\/span>promocionar Galicia<\/b>, sin\u00f3nimo de excelencia
\ngastron\u00f3mica, entorno al pulpo y sus elaboraciones, y al sector de la
\nhosteler\u00eda centrada en Galicia y el pulpo en Madrid, dando a conocer las
\nm\u00faltiples posibilidades que ofrece este plato, y as\u00ed fomentar e impulsar
\nsu consumo en la Comunidad de Madrid. <\/span>Durante 17 d\u00edas se podr\u00e1 degustar
\nmen\u00fas, tapas y platos tanto tradicionales como creativos<\/b>, con el pulpo como
\nprotagonista, armonizados con <\/span>Alba Mart\u00edn,<\/b> albari\u00f1o de la denominaci\u00f3n de
\norigen R\u00edas Baixas. <\/span>Alba Mart\u00edn tiene
\nmucho que ver con el mar, con el mar y con su tierra, las R\u00edas Baixas. Elegante
\ny serena por naturaleza, sabe conjugar como nadie lo cl\u00e1sico y lo moderno en su
\nmisma esencia. <\/span><\/div>\n

\nEl<\/b> pistoletazo de salida de la IV edici\u00f3n de
\n#PulpoPasi\u00f3n ser\u00e1 el 14 de junio, a las 06:00 de la ma\u00f1ana, en centro
\ninteractivo de la Asociaci\u00f3n de Empresarios Mayoristas de Pescado de Madrid
\n(AEMPM) en Mercamadrid<\/b> (Avda. de Madrid Mercamadrid, s\/n), la mayor
\nplataforma de distribuci\u00f3n, comercializaci\u00f3n, transformaci\u00f3n y log\u00edstica de
\nalimentos frescos de Espa\u00f1a que naci\u00f3 en 1982. All\u00ed veremos c\u00f3mo llegan y son
\ntratados los pulpos y pescados m\u00e1s frescos a Espa\u00f1a.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nContamos con la colaboraci\u00f3n de Renfe Viajes, que tiene como objeto
\nsocial principal la prestaci\u00f3n del transporte de viajeros por ferrocarril, con
