Ha sido desde hace a\u00f1os todo un referente gastron\u00f3mico y su buen hacer ha llevado a la consolidaci\u00f3n de un grupo de restaurantes que si bien tienen en com\u00fan su corte cl\u00e1sico, no deja de innovar y de crear conceptos novedosos para algo que en gastronom\u00eda es fundamental, <i>o te reinventas o te mueres<\/i>.
