\nDesde el pr\u00f3ximo d\u00eda 15 de abril y hasta el 24 del mismo mes el restaurante Ondarreta La Moraleja <\/b>va a celebrar las Jornadas del steak tartar<\/b> y es que su steak tartar elaborado en mesa se ha convertido en uno de los m\u00e1s valorados de Madrid.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nCon tal motivo y para popularizar m\u00e1s el plato -si es que a\u00fan queda quien no conozca este  steak tartar- ha confeccionado un men\u00fa degustaci\u00f3n al precio de 35 euros<\/b> y en el que se incluyen vinos de las bodegas Vivanco<\/b> y hasta medio gin tonic de ginebra Mombasa.<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n

\nPero a\u00fan hay m\u00e1s. Recientemente la conocida ex concursante de Masterchef Clara P. Villal\u00f3n ha comenzado a colaborar con el Grupo de Ondarreta<\/b> y en dicho men\u00fa se incluye un plato creado especialmente por ella para la ocasi\u00f3n. El nombre del plato – vieira a la beurre noisette, cremoso de tub\u00e9rculos al cardamomo y aire de naranja<\/i> – abre el apetito solamente con leerlo.<\/span><\/div>\n
