Y es que en esto de la gastronom\u00eda la teor\u00eda de los c\u00edrculos conc\u00e9ntricos funciona inexorablemente. Hay un c\u00edrculo interior que ser\u00eda \u00abel Olimpo\u00bb marcado por esos restaurantes m\u00e1s exclusivos en los que t\u00e9cnica, equipos de cocina, sala, profesionales de sala y bodega hacen que los precios no sean asequibles para todos los p\u00fablicos y a partir de ese c\u00edrculo m\u00e1s reducido van sucedi\u00e9ndose otros en los cuales los precios se democratizan, se hacen m\u00e1s accesibles y evidentemente ello repercute directamente en que los equipos de sala, la t\u00e9cnica, los productos no sean tan exclusivos. Por ello es tan importante la <b>relaci\u00f3n precio-calidad<\/b>, algo que siempre debemos de tener en cuenta a la hora de calificar o valorar un restaurante. Mientras relaci\u00f3n y calidad se hallen dentro del mismo c\u00edrculo todo funciona y es defendible.
