\nchocolate de las grandes industrias para poder descubrir las diferencias entre
\nlos cacaos de diferentes pa\u00edses, regiones o fincas. Con este procesos de
\npretende reconocer el trabajo bien hecho desde su cultivo hasta la tableta ya
\nque toda la cadena es importante para obtener cacao y despu\u00e9s chocolate de la
\nm\u00e1s alta calidad.<\/span><\/p>\n

\ndenominados <\/span>SPECIALITY COFFEE<\/b>. Sus caf\u00e9s tienen un trabajo
\nexhaustivo detr\u00e1s, partiendo desde los fertilizantes que se utilizan en su
\nproceso, hasta la altura a la cual est\u00e1n las diferentes variedades sembradas,
\npasando por la recolecci\u00f3n selectiva de las bayas maduras, el cuidado en el

\nsuperen los 80 puntos de 100 no son considerados caf\u00e9s de especialidad. Todos sus caf\u00e9s son excepcionales y <\/span> <\/span>cuentan con una etiqueta de trazabilidad
