\nEs cierto que en Madrid la decoraci\u00f3n y el postureo han llevado el panorama gastron\u00f3mico a unos par\u00e1metros que no s\u00e9 si son los m\u00e1s acertados. Cierto es tambi\u00e9n que entre comer en un sitio bonito o en uno feo, preferible que el entorno sea agradable, pero tambi\u00e9n es verdad que en ocasiones damos bastante m\u00e1s importancia al continente que al contenido y es justo en ese momento en el que comienza a pervertise la cuesti\u00f3n.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nNo queremos con ello decir que Car\u00fas <\/b>no cumpla esos requisitos decorativos; al contrario es un lugar con una decoraci\u00f3n actual y acogedora<\/b>, pero cuando uno sale de comer de all\u00ed un domingo por la tarde, dejando el comedor abarrotado de familias y grupos, piensa en si no estamos dando demasiada importancia a lo que debiera ser secundario.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nCar\u00fas <\/b>es el proyecto hostelero de Paco Fernn\u00e1ndez Ampudia<\/b>, un asturiano que viene de Caravia a la zona del Aravaca-El Plant\u00edo a ofrecer lo mejor de la gastronom\u00eda asturiana. Entre sus propuestas las inevitables fabes <\/b>, bien en fabada bien acompa\u00f1adas de andaricas (n\u00e9coras), pote asturiano o verdinas con almejas<\/b>. Para continuar cachopo <\/b>, en su versi\u00f3n cl\u00e1sica y alguna m\u00e1s novedosa, como el cachopo de boletus y una buena variedad de platos t\u00edpicos entre los que destacan el pitu de caleya<\/b> o los escalopines al Cabrales <\/b>entre las carnes y los fritos de pix\u00edn<\/b> en los pescados.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nSe\u00f1alar la fama que han conseguido sus tortillas de patata<\/b> que algunos sit\u00faan entre las mejores de Madrid.<\/span><\/div>\n

\nPostres a la altura ( arroz con leche, tabla de quesos…) y carta de vinos con precios muy competitivos<\/b> y muy de agradecer. Perfecto para comidas familiares o de grupo. No defrauda!!<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n
