En lo gastron\u00f3mico cartas bien estructuradas, con <b>platos atractivos y resultones que se tarifan con mesura<\/b>. En suma, todo lo necesario para que el concepto triunfe.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">Prueba de ello es que al&nbsp; <b>Bar Galleta<\/b> le siguieron <b>El Perro y la Galleta <\/b>de la calle Claudio Coello, <b>Raro Rare<\/b> (recientemente reconvertido a <b>Mar\u00eda y la Galleta<\/b>), <b>El Canandiense<\/b> (que ahora pasa a ser una segunda sucursal de <b>El Perro y la Galleta<\/b>). Un universo en torno a las galletas y los perros que ha sabido encontrar su nicho en el siempre complejo mundo de la hosteler\u00eda madrile\u00f1a.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif\">El nuevo local de la calle Carranza mantiene la l\u00ednea de sus predecesores. C<\/b><span lang=\"ES-TRAD\"><b>hipirones con arroz negro, tartar de at\u00fan,&nbsp; risotto de boletus <\/b>o<b> <\/b>los <b>champi\u00f1ones rellenos <\/b>completan una carta pensada para compartir y que se resuelve con acierto.
